Regal Ballet now offers adult ballet lessons in St John's Wood on Wednesday's 12-1pm and Friday afternoon from 12.40pm until
1.40pm in the hall at the Church of Our Lady. All levels from complete beginner to advanced are welcome!
Ballet is a wonderful workout and is fantastic at improving posture, muscle tone, fitness and core strength. All of which are key in looking and feeling great! Best of all its fun and an enjoyable form of exercise in a friendly environment.
